At Armstrong Cheshire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Armstrong Cheshire account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure your home decor arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to confirm they meet our resale standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
